The open-cell EPDM foam is strictly controlled through the calendering cooling, aging and static setting of the raw materials, and re-refining, and then extruded into sheets with high density and aging and static setting, and then vulcanized, foamed, aging and static setting, and safe cycle storage process to ensure the quality of the finished EPDM closed-cell series foaming raw bed. It has high strength and impact resistance; shock absorption and vibration reduction, noise reduction, and heat insulation. The foaming raw bed can be cut and processed to provide sheets with different thickness specifications from 1mm to 60mm . The raw bed can be made into functional products with different needs through various processes such as coating, back glue, slitting, die cutting, and compounding.
