低卤阻燃CR泡棉经严密控制原物料压延冷却、时效静置、再次返炼后经高致密度挤出出片并时效静置到模具硫化、发泡、时效静置、安全周期存储过程，保障制成品发泡原床品质。具有高强度抗冲击；吸震降低振动、降噪；隔热保温的作用。原床可以通过涂层、背胶、分切、模切、复合等多种工艺制得不同需求的功能性产品。
