特种环保EVA泡棉：严密控制生产过程中的时间、温度、清洁度，制品由密炼、开练、超薄0.5mm压延静置时效处理到密炼返炼、开炼到四辊出片机及时效静置到模具进行一段同步硫化和发泡、时效静置、安全周期存储10天，完成特种EVA泡棉各环保系列发泡原床的生产过程。赋予产品具有良好的拉伸强度、撕裂强度，极小的压缩变形率和热收缩率。硬度可以满足邵氏C硬度35°--70°范围从挺立到高强各应用区间，起到良好的缓冲、减震、抗压、隔热、保温、阻燃功效。可以深加工经剖切，制成1mm至45mm不同厚度规格的片材。产品可以通过涂层、背胶、分切、模切、复合等多种工艺制得满足客户不同需求的功能性产品，如医疗、电子电工仪器、运动、鞋材、袋材、箱包、护具等不同环保等级需求的无卤系列、无氨系列、抗静电系列、导电系列、阻燃系列特种环保EVA泡棉。
