易宝公司已顺利复工，为切实做好新型冠状病毒疫情防控，确保病毒疫情不传播，易宝公司开启全方位疫情防控，保障每一位员工的健康，严格执行国家政府机构的相关要求，本着对员工负责、对企业负责、对社会负责的宗旨，公司成立疫情防控小组，启动疫情防控预案，建立疫情防控小组微信群及时传达并落实公司关于疫情防控工作的安排，做到精准施策与科学合理防疫。
人员入厂管理。自驾车辆返厂的人员，返厂当天务必将车辆停放在公司大门口，第二天经人力行政部消毒后方可将车辆开入厂区;凡每天需进出的车辆一律不得进入厂区;员工返厂时必须严格遵守入厂管理规定：戴口罩、体温检测、手消毒、入厂登记、经过紫外线消毒箱消毒(入消毒杀菌箱后必须停留15秒，以确保起到消毒杀菌效果)、洗手等流程。在疫情未得到全面解除时，公司实行封闭式管理，全体员工不能接见亲朋好友、客户及供应商，特殊情况必须经公司领导审批，同意后方可;返厂员工严禁外出，返岗时根据个人需求请备足生活用品，返厂后个别员工如急需购买生活用品的，统一报人事行政部安排专人统一采购。
每日上下班管控。各部门所有人员每日上、下班，必须在公司厂区列队区集合(按地面标记前后左右间隔1.5米左右的位置列队)召开班前会，然后排队(间隔1.5米)去公司大门口进行测量体温、进入杀菌消毒通道进行消毒，全程完成上岗前体温检测和消毒，并做好登记，然后由该部当班主管统一带入车间/办公场所进行作业。
